Description: 은하수에서 은하팽대부는 은하 중심을 둘러싼 부분으로, 별들이 주변의 은하원반처럼 납작하지 않고 좀 더 두껍고 둥근 형태로 모여 있는 영역입니다. 이 은하팽대부에는 주로 오래된 별들이 많이 포함되어 있지만, 그 속에는 젊은 별들도 일부 섞여 있습니다. 다른 나선 은하들도 우리은하와 마찬가지로 중심에 팽대부를 가지고 있지만, 그 크기와 모양은 은하마다 다양하게 나타납니다.
