Description: 일반적으로 한 달은 달이 지구 주위를 한 바퀴 도는 움직임과 관련된 시간 간격을 말합니다. 달의 움직임에는 여러 가지 유형이 있으며, 각 유형은 달의 궤도나 하늘에서의 움직임을 서로 다른 기준으로 구분한 것입니다. 예를 들어, 삭망월은 달의 위상(초승달, 반달, 보름달 등)이 다시 같은 모양이 될 때까지의 주기를 기준으로 한 달이고, 항성월은 달이 별들에 대해 같은 위치로 돌아오는 데 걸리는 시간을 기준으로 한 달입니다. 또 근점월은 달의 타원형 궤도에서 지구와의 거리 변화, 즉 달의 겉보기 크기와 관련이 있으며, 교점월은 달이 천구(하늘의 구면) 위를 움직이는 경로를 기준으로 한 달입니다. 이렇게 정의된 달의 길이는 약 27일에서 29일 사이로 조금씩 다릅니다. 전 세계의 여러 문화권에서는 달의 이런 다양한 주기를 기준으로 달력을 만들었고, 종교적 축제나 행사는 이런 달의 주기를 따라 열리기도 합니다.
