This research addresses the development and evaluation of accessible didactic materials for teaching astronomy to people with visual impairments. Tactile resources were designed through a hybrid manufacturing approach combining 3D printing with artisanal techniques, accompanied by pedagogical scripts adapted for effective human mediation. Project implementation and data collection were carried out during mass outreach events. The results show that these materials exceed the logic of individual accommodation, consolidating themselves as powerful educational resources for all students under the Universal Design for Learning paradigm. This study highlights the priority of integrating accessible technologies into permanent educational policies to foster a democratic scientific culture.
