Dr. Marc Frincu is the president of the Romanian Society for Cultural Astronomy. Since 2004 he has worked as a volunteer within the West University of Timisoara planetarium and has conducted numerous on site and online outreach activities. He has led several educational grants for educating children in astronomy. He is specialized in cultural astronomy, specifically archaeoastronomy.

Catalin B. Gales

Catalin Bogdan Gales is Professor of Mechanics, Astronomy and Applied Mathematics in the Faculty of Mathematics of Al.I. Cuza University of Iasi (Romania). He gives several BSc and MSc courses on Astronomy, Mathematical methods in space sciences and Theoretical Mechanics and lectured at 7 international schools. He gave over 500 Planetarium presentations for students and pupils interested in astronomical phenomena. His research interests include mathematical modelling of mechanical systems, Celestial mechanics, resonances, dynamics of artificial and natural space objects. He is author, or co-author, of more than fifty publications in international journals, and recipient of several national awards and research grants.

Minodora Carmen Lipcanu

Minodora Lipcanu is a math teacher with three decades of experience at high school level. Minodora researched astronomical refraction and obtained a PhD in Mathematics in 2006 with the thesis: „Astronomical Refraction on the Ellipsoidal Atmosphere of Earth”.
Since 2007 Minodora has taught astronomy to children and teenagers between 8 and 19 years old. Minodora is dedicated to her work in educating children and believes in collaboration between people of every age and nationality. In her spare time, Minodora enjoys learning new abilities and also practices kyudo and ping pong.
