I born in Panama, Republic of Panama in 1967. When I was 17 I got my fixed wing private pilot license, ten years later I got the helicopter license.In 1990 I got my undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua, Panama.

Yaris Rodríguez studied a Bachelor of Physics and Research Specialist at the Autonomous University of Chiriquí. She is currently a Physics Professor at Colegio Beatriz Miranda de Cabal. Her experience includes 15 years of teaching physics in secondary education. She is an instructor in NASE courses and a Student Trainer for the Panamanian Olympics in Space Sciences. Line of interest: Radioastronomy, Education Research in astronomy. Currently she continues to study research and radioastonomy. She likes teamwork; the arts, sports, nature. She is Christian. Education, research, and ethics are important to the prosperity of a nation.
